Return and refund policy
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products can only be returned 1-2 days after delivery. For example perishable goods such as flowers or trees. We ask you to check the conformity of the product upon receipt. Our deliverers take a photo of each product delivered in the event of a dispute, we can use it to check the condition of the products delivered.
We are not legally obliged to take back. Indeed, the perishable nature of Christmas trees is an exception to the right of withdrawal. But as part of our satisfied or refunded guarantee, we can do so in certain cases as long as a request is made by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are some situations where only a partial refund is granted: (where applicable)
* Decoration with obvious signs of use.
* Any item with unpack packaging (Christmas balls, Christmas decoration, candle)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specified number of days. Shipping charges are not refundable, if you receive a refund, the charges shipping will be deducted from it.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if any)
Only items with regular prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, reduced items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
For natural trees we can exchange them in certain cases at our expense, but you must send a written request by email. For other products, we only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and send us your article to: Chau. de Nivelles 167 7181 Seneffe.
If the returned item was identified as a gift during purchase and was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail or email.
If the item has not been identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to first receive the item for you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than 50 euros, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out a delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
