All our trees come from the Belgian Ardennes and are selected from our supplier by us. We only take the first choice!
In addition, we put everything on our side so that they are the most beautiful possible by cutting them shortly before deliveries.
However, fir trees are natural products and they may not all meet the expected criteria. In this case, we will replace it for you.

All our trees come from the Belgian Ardennes and are cut at our request a few days before delivery to guarantee optimal freshness!

Of course, all our trees are net for transport. This does not damage them but also does not dirty or damage your walls during delivery.

As far as possible, of course our delivery people respect the schedules. But we are not immune to traffic jams, accidents, snowfall,… or any other incident that could influence the schedules.
But of course, if we should be late, you will be notified!

When ordering on our website, you will be asked for preferred dates and times. Within 72 hours, the day and the time slot will then be confirmed to you by our team!
In addition, a reminder SMS will be sent to you the day before delivery to remind you.

Our delivery man's mission is to satisfy you. He will place the tree in the desired location even if you do not have an elevator. However, if access is difficult or you have ordered a large tree, a little help should be provided.
